A:At this moment, we only ship to US and Canada.
The shipping rates for these countries are listed at checkout. Any additional taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

At this moment, we cannot add customs fees to an order’s total as we do not have the ability to know the cost of customs charges ahead of time, since they will vary for each country. All international customers are responsible for the taxes and duties that are charged once the package is received at your local postal facility.
Return and exchange
A: If you would like to return your order for a refund, you will be responsible for charges incurred for returning the unworn and damaged product(s) back to us. Unworn and undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of the order ship date.
To return, you can simply go to RETURN page and follow the instruction from there. If you have further question about your order, please email order@polarsociety.com
A:We do offer a special return period for orders placed on November 1st through December 15th. Unworn and damaged products can be returned 45 days from order ship date during this special return period. Refer to answer section of “Can I make a return” section for details
We will always accept unworn damaged product back within 30 days of the order ship date.Please be sure to email our customer service at order@polarsociety.com to include name of carrier and parcel tracking number. Include a description of the specific type of damage, as well as, a picture of the damaged on the item.
Polar Society will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, unless a tracking number is provided.

A refund will be processed when the returned item is received and examined at our facility. A refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
If you decide to replace the damaged item, please inform the customer service team at order@polarsociety.com. We would be happy to refund the cost of standard shipping from your initial order as our apology for this issue.
A: Your satisfaction is our priority. Polar Society will accept the return of merchandise with the original receipt/invoice for up to 30 days from order ship date to the original form of payment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund, subject to the following terms.
– You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise
– You may return unaltered merchandise
– Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging
– Refunds are processed based on applicable product and tax charges
– Original shipping charges are not refunded
– Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Important Return Information
The credit to your charge card account could take an average of 15 business days to appear in your account. Credit time frames can vary based on bank processing times. For additional information, please contact your bank directly.
How quickly we can process your return depends on several factors, including mailing time, processing time at our distribution center and more. Please allow at least a complete billing period for your return to be processed.
Terms and conditions subject to change without notice
By visiting our Returns Page, you can start a return. Then just return the item(s) to us within 10 days using the prepaid shipping label we send you!
To do this, head to our Returns Page where your order will be verified. Once the return is verified you will be able to select which item you are looking to return and choose the reason. You will then receive an email with step-by-step instructions, a prepaid shipping label. Once a return is received, any remaining balance of the refund will be refunded to the original form of payment.
*Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

A:Our shirts are preshrunk. We recommend washing our shirts individually for the first few washes with a mild detergent. Follow the care instructions for your particular item.
